These terms govern your use of this pre-launch website for Bijavana — The Startup Forest (“Bijavana”, “we”, “us”), a public ecosystem product initiated and stewarded by VentureStudio. By using the site or joining the waitlist, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

What this site is

Today the site is an informational preview with a single feature: a waitlist. Joining the waitlist expresses interest — it isn’t an account, and it doesn’t guarantee access, a specific launch date, or any particular features. Everything described about the platform (groves, trees, Seed Cards, voting, and rankings) reflects our current plans and may change.

Eligibility

You must be old enough to form a binding agreement where you live to use this site. If you join on behalf of an organization, you confirm you’re authorized to do so.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or automated signups, or someone else’s details without permission.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems.
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual property

The Bijavana name, the “Startup Forest” concept, the site design, text, and graphics are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive license to view the site for its intended purpose. Please don’t copy or reuse our content without permission.

The service is provided “as is”

The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don’t warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bijavana and VentureStudio won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or goodwill, arising from your use of — or inability to use — this site.

Changes

We may update the site or these terms as the platform develops. When we make material changes we’ll revise the “last updated” date above; continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to VentureStudio’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The specific jurisdiction will be confirmed here before the platform opens.
